Wow so it was a great first week. They said that the first week is always the biggest. Well it was I lost 16.2 lbs and 10.5 inches. Now when I say inches that is a combined measurement. The measure my chest, waist, hips, biceps, and thighs. It was a pretty tough week because the amount I was allowed to eat was very much smaller then what I am used to But I made it through. I decided I am only going to do pictures every two weeks.
